HOA Desk runs on a small number of outside services. This page lists each one, what it does for us, and what data reaches it. It is kept current with the privacy policy, and a company is added here before it starts receiving any data.

• Cloudflare

  Hosting, storage, and email routing for the application and this website.

  Receives All application records and uploaded files, project correspondence, and request logs including IP addresses.

• WorkOS

  Sign-in for the application.

  Receives Your name and email address, and a second authentication factor if you enroll one. No association records.

• Anthropic

  The AI model behind the assistant and the routine drafting.

  Receives The text needed for each request: the relevant part of your governing document and the question asked, or the document, thread, or reply being drafted from.

• Microsoft

  Our company email.

  Receives Messages you send to us, including contact form submissions from this website.

When this list changes, the date above changes and associations are told before the new company receives any data.
