For homeowners associations

Software for the people who run homeowners associations.

Design review, committee meetings, and the records that go with them. Built for volunteer boards, who did not ask to become software administrators.

What it does

One place for the work the committee already does.

An application arrives, a committee reads it, a decision gets made. The hard part was never the decision. It was everything around it.

Paper forms, a thread in somebody’s inbox, a folder on one member’s laptop, and a plat map nobody can find. HOA Desk keeps all of it in one record that outlasts whoever is on the board this year.

  • Architecture review

Homeowners apply, the committee reviews against your own guidelines, and the decision and the reasoning behind it stay on the record.

  • Your subdivision, as a map

Your recorded plat, traced lot by lot, showing at a glance which properties have something in front of the committee.

  • Correspondence that stays put

Every project has its own address. Replies land on the file instead of in one member’s personal inbox, and they survive that member leaving the board.

  • Meetings

Dates, agendas, and what the committee has coming up.

Getting set up

Onboarding is done for you.

Your committee works from its own documents, not somebody else’s template.

  1. 01

    We trace your plat

From the recorded subdivision map, lot by lot, so the map in the app is the one the county has.

  2. 02

    We enter your form

Your application and your design guidelines as the board approved them, wording and all. Not a template with your name on it.

  3. 03

    Your committee signs in

Members use their own email address. There is no shared password to pass along when the board turns over.

Have a look at your own subdivision.

Your association has to be set up before anyone can sign in. Get in touch and we will do it.
