About

The structure a management company brings, for associations that manage themselves.

Management companies run on real software. One record per request. A full history that survives a change of board. Files that belong to the association rather than to whoever sent them.

Small and mid-size associations carry the same responsibilities without that software. Nobody built it for a board of neighbors giving a few hours a month.

HOA Desk is that software, priced for associations that manage themselves. Design review, correspondence, committee meetings, documents, dues, the lot register, and your own plat map, in one account. We set it up for you, including tracing your recorded plat lot by lot. Nothing in it needs training to use.

AI handles the routine work. It drafts standard replies, pulls an agenda out of a document someone already wrote, sums up a long email thread, and answers questions about your design guidelines with every citation checked against the source. The board makes every decision.

What it is built to do

  • Your records are yours

Your requests, correspondence, and decisions belong to your association. Our staff can see how many requests you have and how your account is set up. We cannot open a request, read your correspondence, or see a decision. That is enforced in the software.

  • Built for volunteers

Board and committee members do this a few hours a month, unpaid, around a job. If it needs training, it will not get used.

  • Your board decides

Nothing in HOA Desk approves anything on its own. A request can meet every guideline and still be wrong for the neighborhood. The software shows each answer beside the rule it has to meet, drafts the routine replies, and leaves the decision to the committee.
