Self-managed associations have the same responsibilities, but most products are priced and configured for management companies. HOA Desk is made for volunteer boards at small and mid-size communities.

The account includes design review, correspondence, meetings, documents, accounting, dues, utilities, property records, and a plat map. We prepare the account and trace the recorded plat before the board starts using it.

AI can prepare standard replies, agendas, draft minutes, financial-statement transcriptions, and answers about design guidelines. Citations are checked against the source document. A person reviews each result. AI does not make board decisions.

• Your records are yours

  The association owns its requests, correspondence, and decisions. Our staff can see account settings and record counts. The software does not give staff access to requests, correspondence, or decisions.

• Volunteer boards

  Board and committee service is usually unpaid and done outside regular work hours. HOA Desk is intended to be used without a training course.

• Your board decides

  HOA Desk does not approve requests. It shows each application answer with the applicable rule and can draft routine correspondence. Committee members make the decision.
